January 9, 2005 Motion Passes - Service Night Out was eliminated from budget..
March 13, 2005 Motion Passes- That the treatment and corrections committee move forward with the Freedom Fax program, provided that the clients/patient information be kept confidental.
May 8, 2005 A discrepency of $1,251.60 was pointed out in the treasury.
Motion Passed – To set up an Ad Hoc committee of three (3) people including the treasurer to review treasury to see where the extra money came from.
June 12, 2005
Motion Passes- That the treasurer be reimbursed for expenses for attending the Area 24 assembly..
July 10, 2005
Motion Passed -That the months that the Area Assembly is held (Spring & Fall)that District 7 not meet as a quorum.
January 8, 2006
Motion Passed –Tom F. resigned as PI chair. Jordan F. motioned that GSRs take this information back to there groups reguarding position vacancy and elections for the PI position, which will be held at Feb. District meeting.

passed – Steve W. was voted in the by the District 7 body as the new PI Chairperson.

August 13, 2006
Discussion was held on whether or not we will meet in October, since Area Assembly will not fall on that date this year. Kreg asked Sheila to check past actions to clarify the motion regarding the issue at hand and to report findings at next month's meeting.
September 10, 2006 Kreg reported to the group that the past actionsstated that District 7 voted on and passed the motion that District 7 will not meet during months that Area Assemblies are held. So, the next meeting of District 7 will be November 12, 2006. District 7 elections will be held on this date as well.
