April 07, 2007 Motion was made to raise mileage to .44 cents per mile, this motion failed.
Motion Passed -to elect a District Service Rep, for a District Service Rep Weekend, Deann H was elected.
July 08, 2007 Motion Passed-to raise the mileage to .48 cents per mile .
August 12, 2007 Motion Passed-to do a district inventory with a date of 9/16/07, from noon to 5pm.
Motion Failed -for the committee to put together guidelines for giving reports.
September 09, 2007 Motion Passed-to announce the Archive position that was open, will elect the position in November.
November 11, 2007 Motion Passed-to change the format of the GSR’s giving their reports, to speed up the meeting.GSR’s reports only given when there is a new GSR or there are special events
Motion Passed-to not pass the hat at the District meeting.
