Attend District 7 meetings and report to the Committee. Keep a stock of AA Literature and take it to special functions such as group anniversaries and conferences including the Intergroup Banquet. Give the income from sold books to the treasurer. The literature budget is rolling, meaning, any income from sold literature is put back into the budget. The literature committee needs to pay for the chairperson or a literature committee person to attend any function that costs money where literature is on display or the spring and and fall conference, mileage, meals, hotel if needed and any supplies needed. This allows the literature chair to be self-supporting. Literature chair should plan to attend the Area 24 Spring and Fall Conference workshop on Literature, or send a representative if they are not able to.
